a balanced stay
friendly staff perfect location short walk manager refusal non-working wifi toilet blockage
the staff were friendly. jean at the front desk answered my questions. the location is perfect in a relatively quiet street. it's only a short walk to bars and restaurants.
the hotel did not supply what i ordered. the manager refused to make a phone call. the wifi does not work at all. the toilet blocked after every use.

friendly staff super clean room rooftop pool bed stain strong odor soundproof issue
The staff was very friendly. The location was calm and quiet. my room was always kept super clean. the hotel also had a nice rooftop pool.
My bed had a stain. I just threw a pillow over it. my room had a very strong weird odor. it had me awake at night, and it was not soundproof.

excessive noise inconsistent temperature
the rooftop pool met expectations, with its clean water and adequate space for a refreshing dip.
The noise from the hallway was excessive. i could hear other guests very clearly, even with the door closed. A sleepless night was the result. the water temperature in the shower fluctuated wildly. It was either scalding hot or cold. adjusting the temperature was difficult. a consistent temperature would be appreciated.

surprisingly good stay
helpful staff clean area
i appreciated the hotel always keeping the area clean. the staff was also helpful when i needed directions. it was nice to have assistance with the local area. i was grateful for the provided information.
i found the payment routines at the hotel less than ideal. the hotel did not offer a solution and i had to file a chargeback.

there are some good choices for places to eat, including some nice cafes, very close. these are right downstairs and along the same street, so access is simple. this made breakfast convenient.

my beautiful double room include super good bed. it has a balcony that provided some views. the room was very neat and clean which i appreciated. the beds were comfortable.

The hotel offers a rooftop pool. It was lovely for relaxation. it never felt too crowded and i had no trouble locating a sun lounger. umbrellas were always accessible. The rooftop area provided a great option.
